Hi! I am Steph, a qualified yoga and pilates teacher and holistic therapist. I am passionate about the health and well-being benefits of all the services I offer. As someone currently experiencing perimenopause symptoms I understand the importance of a safe, understanding environment to help you to feel better. Perimenopause and Menopause can be confusing times, I often hear ladies say 'I dont feel like me anymore'. I can offer advice and support to help you to feel like you again, even when it feels like a battle to get there. My first focus is always stress relief. Once we have that under control we can work together on movement at a level that suits you. My holistic approach will hopefully help to improve both your physical and emotional well-being.
