Hi, my name is Rani and below is my educational and clinical journey-
After my BSc Physiotherapy (hons) graduation, I joined Masters (MSc Msk Physio- Sheffield Hallam University). Following this, I went for higher studies (Mphil degree- Keele University) as I developed interest in the field of research.
During my Mphil studies, I worked in NHS and private health care settings in London. Following this, I joined BMI Kings Park Hospital, Stirling, as a MSK Physiotherapist.
While working as a MSK physiotherapist, I started to develop special interest in women's health physiotherapy. Since then the women's health journey has begun.
Currently, I am working as a specialist MSK and women's health physiotherapist at Physis Physiotherapy, Edinburgh where I actively access and treat patients using current research methods. I am Pilates (matwork; ante/ post natal), CBT, Mummy MOT, menopause management, and Yoga (therapeutic yoga) trained. I try and incorporate these where appropriate in my clinical practice.
