I am a fitness, nutrition and wellness coach for midlife women who want to become the strongest and healthiest versions of themselves. As a mother of eight, I know the challenges of taking care of one’s own wellness while balancing the needs of a family and career. My certifications in nutrition, wellness, personal and group training, along with my own 80 lb weight loss journey bring both credibility and compassion to my work with clients.
