Passionate about all aspects of physical therapy, Kristina  qualified  from Nottingham University  with a BSc (Hons) in physiotherapy and has a masters degree in manipulative therapy a post graduate certificate in applied ergonomics .She is a qualified Bowen Therapist and Acupuncturist.   While on maternity leave  from her role as  ten year Head of Physiotherapy for Rolls Royce UK Kristina wanted to ensure she kept her clinic skills up to Rolls Royce standard.   And so The PHYSIO - was born in a building attached to her home, with one treatment room  equipped with all the latest equipment and a small waiting area. It was perfect location for keeping her skills sharp and allowed her to be available to raise her three boys.   

While at Rolls Royce I was able to treat all employees all the time , moving physiotherapy  from a treatment when injured  service to a preventative proactive practical service, incorporating rehabilitation, prevention and health promotion going into the offices workshops and foundries to investigate how work processes  and postures affected our employees “We not only  treated people well we kept them well“ sickness fell morale improved working practices improved and profits soared . 

The Grantham locals loved her hands-on  preventative ethos,  her expert skills and her passion for taking time to ensure she and the client understood the underlying source of her clients symptoms and business flourished.  So the end of her extended maternity leave kristina took the decision to stay local and devote herself to The PHYSIO
