I am a personal trainer with knowledge and experience of working with women of all fitness levels towards their fitness goals, whether this is to lose weight, build lean muscle, embark on training for a first 5km or 10km race, or to build strength to assist with the everday demands of a physically demanding job. My aim, whatever the individual goal may be, is to build confidence and enjoyment of exercise, helping my clients to see every workout as an act of self love and an investment in their future, rather than an activity to be endured.
