I am a Senior Pelvic/Women's Health Physiotherapist and Clinical Educator currently working in the NHS. I am motivated and passionate about helping and empowering women through all stages of life to have the best pelvic health possible. I provide patient centred assessment and treatment plans ensuring to focus on your individual lifestyle, physical activity and fitness goals.
I graduated with a first class degree in Physiotherapy from Robert Gordons University in 2017 and since then I have worked in the NHS and also privately at Harpenden Physiotherapy Clinic and have recently set up my own private service; Ash Pelvic Health Physiotherapy. I chose to specialise in women's and pelvic health and I have completed a post graduate certificate with merit at Bradford University in Women's Health Physiotherapy.
I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and have chartered status with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. I am also a full member of the Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy Society.
