I'm passionate about supporting women in the challenges mid - life throws at you. I decided to become a personal trainer when exercise became my saviour in recovering from post natal depression after the birth of my son. Subsequently strength training for women became my greatest drive when I discovered how it empowers women, makes them feel resilient, capable and boosts mental and physical confidence. What's not to love?!
I've had a bumpy ride into peri - menopause which has driven my thirst for knowledge in how to support ourselves and others through this challenging transition so we still have a chance to live our best lives, not become invisible and find health and happiness regardless of age.
