I have always been interested in fitness and over the years have been privaleged to coach swimming, running and personal training. The best part of all of these professions is to see the real sense of achievement when someone manages to achieve their goals that they have set. Be it completing their first continous run, smashing their personal bests to helping change lifestyles so that they can become the stronger, healthier person they have wanted to be.
Mljrunning was originally set up to offer coached running sessions to ladies based in Chalfont St Peter. As with life it has now expanded and I now offer face to face and online coaching for running and personal training as well as support for peri and post menopausal women.
Each part of life can bring about new challenges to our fitness journeys and I absolutely love working with ladies to help them embrace feeling fitter and building their confidence in a supportive way which works with who they are.
