My name is Joanna and I am a Personal Trainer, Mom to two teens, and a English Springer called Milo ! I live and work in London, where I have a gym, and three Injury Rehabilitation and prevention clinics. www.nordicbalance.co.uk I have worked as a PT for 17 years and with people from all walks of life. I love helping all people but perhaps the most for people who really need it, such as the elderly, post surgery, stroke or Cardiac event, Menopausal women, and people who want to live better and live longer and healthier lives.
I am a massive fan of weights for women and enjoy the benefits of being a strong and healthy mom, despite the changes women constantly go trough with their bodies.
