Hi im Caroline, mother of 2 little girls and experienced weight lifter. My tag line has always been, "weights aren't going to make you bulky, they will enhance all your favourite parts and help you fall in love with how resilient you become from lifting them".
my aim is to dispel the myths of strength training and equip women with the how's and why's of training and point out all along the way how much stronger they have become from training.
